About the analyst
Dhiraj Chowdhary has been active in the Indian stock market for more than nine years. He holds a B.Com and an MBA in Finance and is certified under NISM Series XV for Research Analysts.
He started Stock Fundamental Research to give individual investors research built on fundamentals: the quality of a business, the strength of its accounts, the people running it and the price it trades at. Algorithmic models help narrow the field; the judgement on every idea is his own.

How to subscribe
SEBI requires each of these steps before research services can begin. All of them happen online on our secure client portal, reached through the "Client login / Subscribe" button.

- KYC checkYour KYC is verified with the KYC Registration Agency using your PAN.
- Read the termsYou read and accept the terms of service, MITC and investor charter.
- Sign the agreementYou sign the client agreement with Aadhaar eSign.
- Pay and joinPay through banking channels and you are added to the members' Telegram channel within 24 hours.

What exactly will I receive?

Do you promise returns or share trading tips?
No. Research Analysts are not allowed to promise or guarantee returns, and investment in securities carries market risk. Every decision to act on research is yours.
Can you trade or manage money for me?
No. We provide research only. We never ask for your money for investment, and never ask for trading, demat or bank passwords or OTPs.
How do I pay?
Only through banking channels such as UPI, bank transfer or the payment gateway, or through SEBI's optional CeFCoM. Fees are accepted only in the name of Dhiraj Chowdhary. Cash is never accepted.
Can I cancel, and will I get a refund?
Yes, at any time. You receive a pro-rata refund for the unused days of your plan, with no cancellation fee, within 7 working days.
What do I need to subscribe?
Your PAN, an Aadhaar-linked mobile number for eSign, and a valid KYC. If your KYC is not on record with a KRA, we help you complete it.
How do I raise a complaint?
